Bio

Carol Harris-Fike, NCOC, PCC, is a program/mentor coach for Newfield Foundation and TAPOC programs as well as the Newfield Program Coach Coordinator, ICF Coordinator & ACTO Liaison. She also coaches, mentors, and supervizes individuals around the world. Carol is a life-long learner. Recent certifications and accreditations include Ontological Health & Wellness Coach and CSA Coach Supervisor (Coaching Supervision Academy).

Carol’s 20 years as an administrator in public education enriches her understanding of the importance of knowing how to connect with others to make a difference. Her 18-year study of energy (Reiki, Tai Chi, Qi Chong) supports her understanding of how to shift the flow of life energy which shifts our thoughts and emotions. Areas of expertise include an understanding of the latest research in the science of the brain/body and how our view of the world affects how we think, feel, and move. She has degrees from Texas Tech University and the University of Texas at Austin. Carol’s book: 5 Life Energies: The Choice You Have in How Energy Shapes Your Life was published in October 2009. She also, along with 3 other ontological coaches, created JICT Images: Journey with Intuition & Creativity for Transformation, a box of 72 evocative images designed to create a metaphor for users that lead groups and individuals to the “heart of the matter”.
