Dave Lundberg is an credentialed leadership coach with the International
Coaches Federation, an organizational consultant and owner of Small
Pause Coaching & Consulting. The 28 years of experience in local
government with 10 of those years being spent at a Senior Leadership
role Dave understands the challenges that leaders face.
Dave’s first-hand experience as a leader in small, medium and large government agencies
makes him a powerful force to support change in both personal and professional realms.

From the understanding that at times we have the tendency to make things more complicated than they need to be he guides his clients to simple solutions to facilitate personal leadership development and the growth of business strategies. Dave has a successful track record of results in local government recruiting, people development, program development and financial management. Dave coaches, facilitates and consults with long term solutions in mind and understands wholeheartedly the resistance to change that people can experience. Dave has a powerful ability to communicate with people at all levels in an organization with curiosity. From those conversations he can help co-create a plan for continued growth and improvement in any environment. At present Dave calls Steveston, BC home and lives there with his two school-aged children. Dave spends his spare time kayaking in the mouth of the Fraser, walking the expanse of dyke trails Steveston offers and keeping physically fit. An experienced rock climber and mountaineer Dave also enjoys getting out and connecting with nature.
