Bio

Debilyn Molineaux is a transformation partner. She works with visionaries and movements in support of a new national and global social contract focused on personal dignity and sovereignty. Her work highlights the relationships between individuals, institutions and governments for conscious growth. Debilyn works at the micro level with small group Living Room Conversations to national communications with Coffee Party USA and networking to link regional and national organizations through Bridge Alliance. At Living Room Conversations, she coordinates teams to engage co-hosts and collaborates with organizations to use the Living Room Conversations guides. She is the co-director for Bridge Alliance, a group of organizations promoting solutions-oriented attitudes that lead to action. She is President of Coffee Party USA, a grassroots organization whose motto is “Incite Civility and Reason” while educating and promoting civic engagement. As an advisor to Ingenuity Innovation Center, Debilyn acts as facilitator and advisor to bring idealism into action in a new economy model. She also advises AllSides.com and the Alinsky Center. She is a networker and bridge builder, connecting people with people, people with their passion and people with resources. Her true gift is helping visionaries and movements to ground ideas and improve activity. Her work also creates space for common ground to emerge, which is central to success.
