Dr. Lybarger has over twenty-five years experience as a executive coach and consultant. He works with public and private sector organizations, helping them grow and develop their leaders. His clients include numerous federal agencies (Defense Department, Department of Justice, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Transportation, Department of the Treasury) and private companies including Qwest, The Home Depot, Frito-Lay, Proctor & Gamble, and Yellow Freight.
