Peter Anlyan built teams during 20 years of corporate life with Capitol Broadcasting Company as television producer, General Manager of Durham Bulls Baseball Club, and General Manager of the American Tobacco Campus.
Subsequently, as an organizational development catalyst for clients in the corporate sector, health care, higher education, state and county government, his work has included a broad range of programs, from aligning leadership teams to strategic planning to training staff in enhanced communications skills to coaching leaders to be more effective team members.
Peter received a BA in Dramatic Art at UNC-Chapel Hill, and his certification in Coaching and Organizational Learning from Newfield Network and George Mason University.
He also has certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Crucial Conversations, Tipping Point Simulation, Tilt360 Leadership Predictor, and is a trainer of The Leadership Challenge program.
He is certified in the American Hospital Association & Center for Healthcare Governance Quality Curriculum for Trustees.
Peter has chaired, co-chaired or served on over a dozen regional organizational boards. He was a founding leadership coach with Leadership Triangle. He also facilitated the Leadership Program for Groundwork Labs, an accelerator for start-ups at the American Underground.
