Pamela Barit Nolan

Pamela is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and the founder of Transform (Bermuda). After spending 20 years in the financial services industry and 10 years in the non-profit sector, Pamela shifted her attention to coaching. She now provides coaching and consulting services to individuals, companies and nonprofits globally.Pamela’s passion is to partner with people on their life journey to help them uncover their gifts and find their joy. Having shifted careers three times, Pamela understand that transitions and changes in the way we live can surface strong emotions. Pamela supports her clients to find their courage and strength to push through to the other side, to enjoy the ride, the challenge and to be curious about what lies ahead. Life is a joyous ride if we chose to see it that way. .Pamela trained with Newfield Network and employs their ontological framework in her coaching practice. Pamela is also trained in Mindfulness and Art of Hosting techniques. She integrates these teachings into her work. Pamela earned a Master’s in Business Administration at Thunderbird School of Global Management, following her BA from Tufts University in Massachusetts. Pamela qualified as a CFA during her first career in finance and is a current member of the International Coaching Federation.
