Samuel Yeo

Samuel is an executive coach, headhunter and entrepreneur with over 22 years of leadership experience. He has since coached and placed more than 500 mid to senior-level positions for foreign and local MNC clients in a diverse range of industries. This includes the Pharmaceuticals, Semi-conductor, Infocomm, Telecommunication, Chemical, Oil & Gas and Engineering sectors.

As an Executive Coach, he helps companies to develop their high potential and to continuously develop current executives’ leadership skills so as to ensure company continued success. He also helps new managers, executives who wish to improve their relationship with co-workers, professionals. Samuel believes in making a difference and in awakening possibilities in people’s lives. He believes in unleashing the human’s potential to be the best that one can be. He is determined to help people live their lives courageously and passionately. It is this belief and commitment that keeps him motivated to make a personal career switch in the 1990’s from the Infocomm industry to his own headhunting firm in 1998.

Beyond his professional life, Samuel served as a volunteer towards several community causes such as the Reach-Out Programmes for Aged Residents in Henderson and he also volunteers at the Cheshire Home, which caters to wheel-chair bound residents, working with the movement-impaired residents.
