Sandra Golding, BN, RN, MScHA, NCC
Health Care Leader & Certified Coach
Sandra has earned a reputation as a caring partner who builds trust and meaning by taking the time to hear and understand, who connects through curiosity, who supports to get to a place of mutual knowing, and who co-creates new possibilities for the future.
This approach helps build self-confidence, self-esteem, sense of control and empowerment. It means encouraging people to contribute their personal knowledge, to observe how they see the world and to learn how to get to a place of choice.
It is this approach that Sandra has effectively used in her career, including 20 years as Chief Executive Officer in community-based health and social services. Sandra’s strengths lie in creating partnership approaches, developing leaders, transforming organizations, supporting people to be their best, and having honest conversations.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Nursing (University of Calgary) and a Master of Science in Health Administration (Université de Montréal). Sandra has completed her certified coach training through Newfield Network/University of Calgary and is a Newfield Certified Coach (NCC). Sandra also brings life experience as a mother of three, grandmother of three, and lover of Mother Nature.
