Seasoned Leadership Coach & Facilitator with 25+ years of business/consulting experience combined with vast knowledge of human behavior, neuroscience, somatic work and trauma integration. Passionate about personal development (understanding and living from your uniqueness) and cultivating cultures of belonging within teams and organizations – developing spaces and practices where conversations and learning can happen from a place of respect, curiosity and compassion, no matter how different the perspectives and tensions of the day to day are.

Worked with organizations and groups in Latin America, Asia, North America and Europe on multi-year transformation programs, aligning organization development, culture change, leadership and capability building. Former Organization & Leadership Sr. expert in McKinsey & Co, co-leader of the Human Capital Service line in Latin America.

Currently serving as Coach and Facilitator at Mobius Executive Leadership and Sangha Leadership Group. Part of the Pocket Project, a global initiative to support collective and intergenerational trauma integration.

Adriana holds an MBA from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politecnica – USP, Brazil. She is a certified Dare to Lead Facilitator (based on the research of Dr. Brene Brown), Certified coach within the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a certified coach on The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and holds a certification on Leadership Development for Practitioners from the Harvard Kennedy School. She is also trained in several modalities like Somatic BlueprintTM, Leadership Embodiment (LE), Internal Family System (IFS) and Inherited Family Trauma.
