Adriana Maia Troxler

Adriana is passionate about developing and empowering people, especially, young leaders. She believes in the potential of each individual to make a change in their life and in their community. She loves to accompany her clients in their daily journey. She currently leads a Leadership Programme (LEAP) in oikos – an organization for sustainability in economics and management.
She has more than 12 years of professional experience in five continents in both private and nonprofit sector organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from FAAP in São Paulo, Brazil, and an International Organization MBA from University of Geneva, Switzerland. She has completed a certified Coaching Training at Newfield Network USA.
