Biography

Bio

Alessandra Lonardi spent more than 20 years as a senior executive in Italy’s dynamic corporate hub, in marketing and commercial roles interacting with complex and flexible environments dealing with team dynamics, and supporting talent development through coaching and mentoring.
She uses her experience in leadership positions for multinational companies ( SC Johnson – CPG , Novartis – Pharmaceutical , Amplifon Group – Retail) and her professional coaching training by the Newfield Network to coach people and transform their worldview, their potential and their capacity for action.
As a Leadership Coach, Alessandra guides people into sustainable change. Alessandra helps professional to express their talents at their best in order for them to make a greater impact in their organizations and also live a better life.
“Very often, people are not performing at their best only because they are trapped in a way of thinking about themselves that does not allow them to express their maximum potential,” she says. Alessandra helps her clients unpack that trap of self-distortion, and get moving in an authentic direction.
By shifting the way her clients see things, Alessandra helps her clients see new possibilities, try different behaviors and achieve breakthrough results at the office and at home.
As for her education, she is a Newfield Network certified coach – NCC and an ICF Associated Certified Coach – ACC.
Alessandra is Italian, and left her leadership role behind when she and her husband moved to the United States. She used the transition to follow her personal passion: creating meaningful relationships and supporting women so they can live fulfilled personal and professional lives.
Outside of work, Alessandra is part of the Leadership Team in the Network of Executive Women’s Chicago Chapter. This organization has more than 10,000 affiliates – men and women — who work towards women’s leadership advancement. She also volunteers with Sarah’s Circle, which provides services to women who are affected by homelessness. Sarah’s Circle empowers women to rebuild themselves both emotionally and physically so that they can realize their unique potential as women.
She currently lives in Philadelphia.
