Alicia has 20 years of progressive experience in human resources and organizational development/effectiveness across a variety of industries and in complex, multi-site, matrix and global organizations. She has worked in both the public and private sectors.
As a senior HR/OD practitioner, Alicia is a trusted partner and expert in a broad range of areas including: leadership and employee development, team effectiveness, change management, curriculum design and facilitation, organizational performance, employee engagement and culture transformation.
As a coach, Alicia works extensively with corporate clients. She believes that coaching can have a transformative and generative impact on organizations and she is committed to creating capacity for coaching in organizations. She brings a compassionate and caring style to her practice that supports her clients in achieving breakthrough results, both professionally and personally.
