Alison Carroll

An executive coach certified by the International Coach Federation at the PCC level, I work with mid-career professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs in addition to leaders leaving the military through the COMMIT Foundation, Stand Beside Them, Inc. and The Capitol Post. I work with a holistic model that builds a strong foundation of personal responsibility, while partnering with my clients to recover their capacity to move forward with less fear, more creativity and more decisiveness. Prior to becoming a coach, I ran my own business for several years as a translator and interpreter after having lived abroad for extended periods of time. I worked from French, German, Portuguese and Spanish into English.
