Andy Pascal Coaching provides executive and leadership coaching programs focused on growth and transition periods for both individuals and organizations. His approach is integrated, inviting his clients to explore multiple aspects of being – intellect, emotion, somatic – in order to cultivate increasingly fruitful relationships, have more effective conversations and make better decisions both daily and long-term. His clients work in a variety of disciplines and hold leadership positions at organizations such as BlackRock, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Wells Fargo, Merkle, Ahold Delhaize, Compass, and Linkedin.
Prior to full-time coaching, Andy spent nearly 15 years as a sales and business development leader at both established and growth tech companies, including Google, Foursquare and Placed (acquired by Snapchat). In these roles, his primary responsibilities were to be an outward face of the organization, lead sales teams, sell complex technologies in an effective and digestible fashion, and develop relationships with executives. He also coached and mentored colleagues at various levels throughout the years.
