He has accumulated over 250 hours of professional coaching working with senior leaders and entrepreneurs across diverse spectrum of industries across the Globe.Anjan has two decades of Industry Experience in transformational people practices in the FMCG, Manufacturing and Insurance industry. Anjan served as Member, Management Committee for leading global organizations in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.In his various roles as Executive Director – Organisation Development and CHRO, Anjan has facilitated and designed OD interventions for executives and leaders at all levels within organisations in over 15 countries.Anjan served as a faculty instructor at the ILR School, Cornell University delivering 9 Leadership and HR courses to a diverse set of students across the Globe
