Anthony Robert Novo

Tony is the founder of EQ Rising LLC and an executive and leadership coach. After 26 years working in international asset management, Tony decided to leave his corporate position to follow his heart and work directly with executives and leaders from all levels helping them to optimize their potential and to obtain balance and fulfillment. His prior career was divided between living and working in New York, London and San Francisco, where he held titles of Head of, Director and Chief Operating Officer and throughout his time there has managed, mentored and coached many individuals from across the globe. Before earning his BS degree in Accounting, he worked as a cryptologic warfare operator and analyst serving in the United States Navy and the National Security Agency.
