Brigitte Deden

As an executive coach I enjoy supporting organizational leaders as they create diverse, vibrant, and empowering work environments within a global and multicultural context. After completing university, I began my global career as an independent IT consultant in Jakarta. Returning to Europe four years later, I joined Accenture where, during the following 13 years, I held roles with increasing responsibility in Germany, the UK, and Singapore. In my final role as senior manager, I led high performance teams to design and implement innovative IT and business solutions for financial services clients. As member of Accenture’s executive teams in Europe and Singapore, I was involved in strategic planning, business development, and transformational change programs. Inspired by my experience as internal coach at Accenture, I founded my own coaching company in 2007. Since then, I continuously broadened my coaching spectrum through training with various renown coach training organizations. Currently, I am working towards becoming a certified coach supervisor. My clients are high potentials, senior leaders and executives from global multinationals and Singapore government organizations including AngloAmerican, Barclay’s, Sanofi, Steelcase, BG-Group, Robert Bosch GmbH, Johnson & Johnson, Guy Carpenter, Teleflex Medical, CP Kelco, Inchcape, IHG, JonesLangLaSalle, Cargill, Emerson Process Management, JP Morgan, ANZ, Standard Chartered Bank, EON, Toll Group, Thomson Online Benefit, all Singapore Ministries and more than 25 Public Service Organizations. Married with adult twin daughters and resident of Singapore since 1998, I love international travel and building friendships worldwide. I also enjoy art, music, theatre, movies, reading, swimming and long walks.
