I work with clients to break through the sound barrier to their full personal and professional potential. Most often, my clients are in a state of transition, embarking on a different trajectory and strategic planning.
I use a variety of tools to ensure that my clients have both the right strategy and right tactics to achieve the results they desire.
I use ontological and somatic coaching techniques through my training in Newfield Network, as well as psychometric assesments (MBTI® Strong®) and my own methodologies as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. My dual focus on both strategy and tactics comes from my Masters’ Degree in Strategic Studies at the Centre for Military & Strategic Studies in Calgary, AB.
Together we access new possibilities for performance. Mindset shifting, habit re-patterning and behavioural techniques take place within the safe, confidential environment of coaching in which I hold my clients accountable and on track to their stated goals.
I bring to the table a research background, and coaching that is informed by sound research into the latest discoveries in human potential.
