Dan Willis

I am thrilled to be part of the Newfield Network and an NCC coach. I come from a career of 30 years of leadership experience, most recently as an executive with a Fortune 150 company, my focus is now to support business leaders and their companies so that together they can more quickly reach their full potential of growth while still enjoying life and not letting the pace of business run them over. This relationship often involves 1:1 coaching, team coaching and training programs. I have seen transformational breakthroughs allowing leaders to literally change their lives and their companies. It's a thrilling experience and I'm so thankful I can be in a situation to serve others.
