I’m hired by innovative thinkers who also want to execute their big ideas, and who are feeling overwhelmed by the complexity and scale of what they are trying to accomplish. What they want is to expand their leadership skills needed to mobilize teams in service of their vision, so they can have a positive impact in the world.
Deb’s clients hire her to provide consulting support on a wide range of strategic, collaborative, and training issues, and to work with her one on one as a leadership coach. She has over 20 years of experience working in and with nonprofits, academic institutions, public agencies, and private businesses (including the greenest car wash in Denver). She has worked in many different sectors, including environment and natural resources, public health, green building, community planning, and organizational development. Deb’s approach is pragmatic, collaborative, and playful. Deb is a Newfield Certified Coach, and has additional specialized training in conflict coaching, collaborative decision making, and adaptive leadership.
Deb lives with her fiance and two dogs in Laramie, Wyoming, but works with clients across the country. When she isn’t working, she can be found exploring the snowy range mountains, trying to fly fish, and running around with her two dogs.
