I am an ICF certified coach with 30+ years of business experience as an IT consultant, entrepreneur, certified project manager, instructor, author, speaker and executive. As an entrepreneur, building a business from the ground up taught me communications skills for successful partnerships and taught me the value of clearly identifying values and approaching all engagements with integrity. As a leader, lending my voice to the sales and marketing efforts within the companies I represented, helped to grow the businesses through partnership and teamwork. I bring insight and experience to my coaching engagements, encouraging learning and growth above all. I am the coach I wish had been there when I was new to leadership.
