Having worked as a Family Systems Therapist, I led a regional non-profit, then climbed the corporate ladder from individual contributor to C-level executive positions – from Fortune 50 corporations to hi-tech startups . I co-founded our coaching business, The Hillaire Group, upon completing Newfield’s Ontological Coaching Course/Certification and more recently have added certification studies in Stress, Trauma & PTSD.
Growing up in a family fractured by business and financial turmoil, I also saw my older brother serve 2 tours in Viet Nam, experiencing its impact when he returned home. Living with and loving someone under stress, including PTSD, can be challenging but there is a path out for. Both personally and professionally, I understand business challenges, career pitfalls, and the life disruption of extreme stress and trauma.
My Coaching utilizes over 30 years of experience, training, wisdom, unending curiosity, and a deep capacity for listening. We place a high value on client confidentiality and treat inquiries with utmost discretion. You can set up a no-cost initial consultation so we can explore possible fit.
