Donnell Green has been coaching and building high-performance leadership cultures for over 20 years. She has dedicated her life to coaching and accelerating leadership teams across the globe. Her passion is the development of world-class leaders where talent and business flourish.

Donnell provides results through her leadership coaching in specific areas of individual and team leadership skills, conversational excellence, performance, succession, and building diverse high-performing teams. She coaches leaders and teams in conscious leadership, new phases of organization growth, and excelling in new roles. As an executive coach and advisor Donnell consults with organizations on:

Donnell is an experienced executive coach for C-Suite executives in Fortune 500, PE, and VC portfolio companies. She has worked and consulted in many industries, including over a decade working with Blackrock in multiple roles, including Global Head of Talent and Head of Human Resources Asia. Donnell designed BlackRock’s talent strategy and led the implementation of signature programs for leaders and managers. She advised and partnered with the CEO, executive team, and Blackrock’s board to build Blackrock’s investment businesses in China and across Asia.

Donnell held key leadership positions in asset management companies and Silicon Valley tech companies. She has consulted for Korn Ferry and began her coaching career in Australia as an executive coach for teams in the Fortune 500.

Donnell has a B.A. in Psychology and has executive coaching qualifications: Ontological, Somatic, and Deep Coaching. She is a qualified practitioner of the Hogan Leadership Assessment, HBDI – Whole Brain Thinking Assessment, and the Enneagram iQ9. Donnell is married, loves scuba diving, underwater photography, skiing, and regularly practices yoga and meditation.
