In my years in the automotive industry in various leadership roles, I immersed myself in the struggles of digital transformation. As a VP product, I led interdisciplinary teams of designers, managers, and software engineers and founded and scaled a corporate startup from 20 to 220 employees.

It was a fascinating journey and has sparked my passion for servant leadership. Since 2016, I partner with high potentials and executives individually, in groups and in teams and feel humbled to serve them on their unique journeys.

I am specialized in working with leaders facing high uncertainty in digital transformation. My interventions serve the challenges of collaboration, learning, and leadership.
