After years unhappily doing a job I knew was someone’s dream job, I took the leap and left a prestigious academic position. Through that experience I’ve come to value the courage and presence it takes to be true to oneself.I now do what I love. As a 1st Degree Nia Black Belt Teacher, I guide students of all ages to come home to their bodies through movement that blends martial arts, dance and healing arts.Through my work as a Life Coach, I aim to be of maximum service to those on the path of discovering their movement.I also perform improv, and have been living sober since 2010.
