hilda Gehrke

Hilda Gehrke is a bilingual (Spanish/English) Transformational Life Coach. She recieved her B.A in Psychology from Regis University and completed her training as an Ontological Coach from Newfield Network, one of the most recognized coaching schools around the world with acreditation from the International Coaching Federation. Hilda’s passion for personal empowerment started 10 years ago, when she faced some personal challenges that inspired her to embarque in a new jouryer of self-discovery. This journey has taken her to explore Emotional Inteligence, Points of You, Neuro Lingustic Programming (NLP), Enneagram, Law of Attraction, Visualization, Intuition, Aromateraphy, Spirituality, just to mention some of her areas of interest. Hilda’s interest for self-improvement attracted her to Toastmaster in 2017 to improve her speaking skills and she recently got elected as a VP of education and is excited to learn and enhance her leadership skills.
Hilda’s longing for learning and her desire to be a source of positive change in the world has inspired her to get involved in Social Justice and self-transformation. She has recently opened her own practice Life Transformations by Hilda, LLC. as a Personal Development Coach, with a mission to support people in moving from a mentality of “Why me” to an attitue of “I can do it”.
