Irene Kelly

Irene M. Kelly, founded Prisma, LLC with an intention to serve people who understand the value of
personal development. She completed Newfield Coaching for Professional & Personal Mastery through
the Executive Education Program at Villanova University in 2005. Subsequently she studied with Taylor
Protocols to become a Core Values Index (CVI™) VAR and achieved her Professional Coach Certificate (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Irene has a diverse background in sales, business ownership, and organizational leadership. Through Prisma, LLC Irene works with business and educational leaders who recognize that improved interpersonal interactions positively impact the bottom line. Her coaching mastery supports clients to choose how they lead so they can positively impact their organizations. Irene’s practice is centered in the realm of life, leadership and academic coaching. In addition to her work with business and non-profit leaders, she has trained and coached students, parents and educators.

The power of coaching offers clients space to explore their perceptions and achieve desired outcomes. Irene’s mastery of powerful questioning supports clients … students, teammates or leaders … to make choices, be a different way if they choose and make a difference in their life, their organizations and the world. Irene’s dream for each client is to support her/him to make their highest contribution to the world.

In addition to running Prisma, LLC, Irene is co-founder and principal of JICT, LL, a collaboration of three ontological coaches who created JICT Images. JICT Images came to market to support coaches and clients to “get to the heart of the matter”. The images help close the gap between language and emotions and inspire conversations that are often missed.

Aside from her work, Irene is an active volunteer, who has served in leadership roles in ICF Minnesota, the Eden Prairie Rotary Club and Rotary District 5950. She co-facilitates and serves as a mentor for Women Entrepreneurs of Minnesota.

A parent of two grown sons, Brian and Matthew, Irene views parenting as her most important work. Her parental mantra, “give them wings to fly” serves her well in her coaching role as she supports clients to empowerment and inspiration.
