Jessica Beckwith

After 20 years in the healthcare industry, I’m working on spending more of my time & energy on what fulfills me. Leadership has always been the most energizing part of my job - either in direct leadership at large health systems, consulting on team effectiveness at McKinsey, or working with C-suite leaders to improve retention and engagement in the startup space. I’ve seen the difference that good leadership can make, both in a professional setting and in one’s personal relationships. As your coach, my goal is to help you transform your life through a deeper alignment of who you are and who you want to be. I will complete my training in November, 2024, and am currently pursuing certification through Newfield Network and the International Coaching Federation.
