I am a trusted Leadership/Executive, Team and Career Coach. My work focuses on helping Leaders at all levels find their “Best Fit” by discovering what is best in them.

This process of self discovery and exploration is built and sustained on a foundation of mutual trust and shared commitment, powered by a curiosity for learning and realized through rigorous action and reflection.

I draw upon a wealth of experiences having walked numerous paths, taken untold numbers of falls, and built resilience to go with the callouses. While this experience is not about the answers, I have gained insight into the many questions, and acumen in speaking the language of my clients.

My practice in, and deep love for the martial art of Aikido serves as a constant embodied lesson that all change and learning requires diligence, resilience and reflection.
