Josh Dietrich

Josh Dietrich is Managing Partner of Arete Pursuits, bringing over three decades of experience as a technology leader, with roles spanning Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Customer Success. His breadth and depth of experience enables him to coach leaders across a technology organization and empathize with every aspect of the business. Throughout his three decades in technology, he embraced coaching. With dozens of formal mentorships and over a hundred informal ones, he quickly realized that helping other leaders grow was his passion. Arete (ἀρετή) is an Ancient Greek concept that loosely translates to excellence. The Ancient Greeks pursued arete – a fulfilled life, living up to one’s full potential. This is his core value, to live a fulfilled life and help everyone he works with do the same.
