Katherine Onorato

Katherine Onorato is a leadership coach, facilitator and consultant working with individuals, non-profits, government, and businesses globally. She brings 25 years of work in educational equity, organizational development, policy and research, and systems change to bear in her work with individuals and teams.

She is passionate about uncovering the link between our inner leadership and what we are able to create “out there” in our world. Katherine brings experience in enabling individuals and teams to surface and address conflict and navigate our world’s complexity and ambiguity to unleash creativity and maximize potential. She also brings extensive experience in cross-cultural contexts and working across lines of difference in ways that unpack the dominant culture in service of centering equity, inclusion and justice.
