I am part of a team of coach-consultants with diverse perspectives and expertise, oriented to provide a comprehensive understanding of the effective management of people, both at the micro (coaching 1-1), medium (team coaching) and macro (culture) levels. We also work flexibly with other teams of consultants specialized in other areas of organizational development (business strategy, headhunting, etc.), forming collaborative business ecosystems.
I have twenty years of experience in Human Resources and Project Management.
I have worked in a Fortune 100 organization for almost 15 years, and therefore, I have a clear understanding of the corporate world at different levels and scopes. Plenty of experience dealing with all levels of seniority within the organization, from top executives to blue collars.
Certified Newfield Network Ontological Coach. I have also earned a certificate on Human Resources Development from Cornell University and I am an MBTI® certified practitioner.
