Mimi Rivinus

An experienced Coach, Facilitator and Learning & OD Leader, I guide and support the achievement of “best self” potential for every one of my clients and direct reports.

I am a mom, daughter, wife, sister, friend and mentor. I have lived in all four corners of the US, was once a professional stage actress, a youth educator.. and singing telegram provider.

I have been coaching for almost 20 years. During that time I have added several additional tools and disciplines – including CliftonStrenghts, EQi, Productive Conflict Models, The Power of Habit and DiSC. Over the last 10 years, I have also become a trained sociodrama practitioner – combining my love of theater, my commitment to emotional well being and my belief that adults learn best when in action.

I was a total coaching newbie when I found Newfield. I am tremendously grateful for the education and skill practice they and my fellow classmates gave me. It was a perfect match.
