I am a Global Executive Coach & Consultant with over 20 years’ experience, including board level positions in the UK and Asia. I have coached over 25 different nationalities which has given me a unique understanding of cultural nuance & people. I specialise in coaching ambitious leaders & teams through transition periods, restructures or at times of growth.

I have a speciality in emotional intelligence and influence and have assisted many clients to transition into new roles, build relationships with critical stakeholders and prepare for succession where impact is key. I have studied non-verbal intelligence and incorporate this into my coaching together with strategies for resilient leadership when challenges arise. I take a holistic approach understanding the motivational drivers and values of my clients which builds trust and enables me to challenge and support them to be the best they can be.
