Bio

Robin Fernandez, PCC, NCC is a certified coach, corporate trainer, workshop facilitator, speaker, writer, and professional singer/performer. Through her company Nature of Being, Robin works with individuals and teams in leadership and career development, stage presence in public speaking and presentation skills, excellence in communication, and emotional agility, including stress/change. She helps people create purposeful, authentic, connective conversations and embody their unique leadership presence. As a value-added associate with TTI Talent Insights, Robin utilizes her training in cutting-edge assessment tools to jump-start awareness in coaching and training clients. Robin is a graduate of Newfield Network’s ontological coach training program in Boulder, CO and is a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation. She is a certified trainer in workplace conflict resolution through the Mediation Training Institute of Eckerd College. She has a B.A. in Performing Arts-Theatre from American University, Washington, D.C., and is a member of Actor’s Equity Association. Robin has performed in professional musical theatre in New York, toured Europe and the U.S.; has received accolades in performing her four cabaret shows; and is a 25-time National Anthem singer for professional baseball, Veterans’ and civic events. She is committed to lifelong learning and inspiring others to fully express and experience their voice and purpose.
