Bio Terri Creeden is the owner of Creeden Coaching & Consulting. She is currently based in Basel, Switzerland with clients in Asia, Europe and the U.S. Her company offers life and leadership coaching as well as effective team management and meeting facilitation. She provides trainings and workshops on a full range of business and leadership topics. Her most passionate work is in the areas of personal presence, positive self-worth, embracing slowness and brave living / brave leading.
Her intention is to develop more authentic leaders. This desire emerged at age 16, with her first leadership role in a musical ensemble. Inspired by her mentor at the time, she established the belief that leadership is a privilege best driven by passion not power. All of her work stems from this premise and results in business solutions that are focused on authentic leadership and successful relationships.
She brings to her work, 10 years of experience in the international pharmaceutical industry, holding positions as a project manager, strategic advisor and communications business partner for a global research team based in Switzerland. Prior to this, she worked in clinical genetics managing the care of families with genetic conditions followed by a role as the National Director of Genetics Education for one of the largest non-profit organizations in the U.S.
Terri has a background in the biological sciences and holds a Masters degree in Human Genetics as well as a Masters degree in Public Health. She is a certified ontological coach through Newfield Network Europe and an associate certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator for the research of Dr. Brené Brown.
