Deborah Ward

Montreal-based, I am fluent in both French and English. Mother to 2 teenagers, I’ve spent most of my life putting my MBA to good use as a Management Consultant specializing in Organizational Development and Transformation and directing Communications and Marketing departments.

At the dawn of my 50th birthday, after toying with the idea of coaching for over 10 years and realizing I wanted to work and connect with people on a deep and authentic level, I decided to quit the “safety” of a secure income to immerse myself in studies and trainings, meet inspiring people, launch my own business and trust to walk into the unknown. I was changing and started to pay close attention to what was going on inside of me. I decided to invest in a venue that would guarantee me the best possible ROI — ME! It started with redefining my values and what I cared about and trusting that inner voice that kept calling me towards a more meaningful life.

I’m constantly learning and challenging myself as I move through life. I bring to my coaching over 30 years of business experience, 20 years of yoga, 10 years of meditation, gentle curiosity and a deep appreciation for somatics and embodiment as a place of learning and self-awareness.

I believe that work should be a place of purpose and meaning, non-violent to people and the planet and where humans can raise to their full potential and show up as their best self.
