Bill has more than thirty (30) plus years of progressive, results-oriented senior executive, leadership, management, coaching and consulting experience in Human Capital Programs, Executive and Management Coaching, Human Resources Strategy and Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Culture Change, Strategic Planning, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits and numerous other business functions in the public (Federal and local government), private (including banking) and nonprofit sectors.
He is currently engaged as President of WW Consulting, Inc., an executive coaching and human capital consulting business in the Washington, D.C. area, and is responsible for leading, managing and ensuring successful delivery of client services in four primary areas (i.e., human capital consulting, executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational and leadership team trust).
Regarding his trust-based leadership team work, Bill is also a Founding Partner of Triscendance, which conducts unique-to-market, proprietary leadership team trust surveys and workshops on behalf of government and business clients and in collaboration with other consultants and executive coaches.
Bill’s career includes serving as Executive Advisor for Strategy and Organization and Human Capital Consulting with Booz, Allen Hamilton, Director of Training and Development for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Vice President, Human Resources and Executive Adviser for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Manager of Federal Reserve Bank Human Resources Programs at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and Compensation and Benefits Administrator for Prince George’s County, Maryland.
