I work with women seeking to enhance their purpose, presence and effectiveness in work and in life. I call this “Leadership with Soul in Mind.” Leveraging 15 years as a senior executive at PepsiCo, I have significant experience identifying, developing and mentoring professionals to assume broader responsibilities, increase their strategic breadth and develop their executive presence and impact.

As a trained coach with a PhD in depth psychology and mythological studies, I create a powerful container within which to explore the primary narratives that shape us as individuals and as leaders. Having taken an extended corporate sabbatical to pursue other passions, I am uniquely qualified to help others who are choosing to transition from a corporate career in order to fulfill other dreams and ambitions.

I believe in bringing the whole person to work and in creating consonance between personal and professional aspirations, with an emphasis on work-life balance. I work with integrity, intuition and sensitivity to bring a combination of technical expertise and interpersonal awareness to each assignment, guiding my clients to understand their deepest aspirations as well as their organizational needs.
