Ian creates success for senior executives, their teams and high potential candidates. He uses a blend of his knowledge of the human side of Change Management, Corporate Leadership Experience, combined with comprehensive study of coaching models and behavioural change to help them to be the best they can be. Ian works with leaders across a variety of industry segments on a global basis, he is also in demand as facilitator for senior team development workshops.
Ian has a real passion for leadership development, he strongly believes Leadership Agility and Applied Emotional Intelligence creates flexibility thinking and of leadership styles. Something that is fundamental to sustained success in a global world.
