Biography

Bio

Jackie is a Wisconsin farm girl at heart who arranges for her family to “vacation” at Farm Stays and National Parks instead of Disney. She earned her Bachelor’s in Community Health Education from the University of WI – La Crosse where she lettered 4 years in basketball and was recognized as a scholar athlete in both high school and college.
Over 15 years ago, she transitioned from being a wellness professional to launching her business, Whole Life Visions, as an ontological life and business coach and wellness speaker.
Today, she is the contributing author to three books and is well-known and sought after for her whole life approach and natural ability to evoke wisdom and vision. She is passionate about holistic choices and channels her creativity into her writing and historic home renovations. She shares this adventure with her husband, a chiropractor, and their three children. In their spare moments, they enjoy road bike riding, boating, and an occasional triathlon.
As a coach, Jackie empowers people to learn who they are, overcome fears, and create the mindset to take action. She has extensive experience in wellness and integrates a mind-body-spirit approach with her clients who include young adults experiencing quarter life crisis, those wanting to explore starting a business or career change, and those wanting to gain true confidence in relationships.
She has been inspired to become a Mental Toughness Trainer for young athletes and their parents to build their true confidence in sports and life. She has launched Confident Sports Girls.
Jackie has been a long time presenter at the National Wellness Conference and has facilitated the Coaching Academy since its inception in 2005. It convenes the single, largest group of wellness coaches worldwide. She has also been inducted into the National Wellness Institute’s Circle of Leadership, a Progress Award recipient from the Heart of Wisconsin and honored as a Young Career Woman by WI Business and Professional Women.
Over the years, Jackie has been an active leader in her community through involvements with shifting community culture through the nationally recognized efforts of the Community Progress Initiative. She also served on numerous boards including the Heart of Wisconsin Business and Economic Alliance. She currently serves on the Cultural Center Board and the NWI Membership Committee.
Jackie is honored to be a Newfield Certified Coach, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Board Certified Coach (BCC). She also facilitates group coaching within organizations and teams, and is a Certified Circle of Life Wellness Coach and Coach Trainer, Certified Wellness Professional and a Certified Health Education Specialist.
She is grateful to have connected with her calling, and then to have the support and courage to trust her heart every step of the way. She hopes to inspire and empower you on your life’s path!
