Biography
Bio | Early in Jane’s career she spent seven years with Dale Carnegie Training as an HR Generalist. Jane went on to lead the Menttium 100 program, a cross-company corporate mentoring program focused on developing high-potential talent. In addition, Jane was integral in launching Menttium’s inaugural, international program, which today boasts enrollment from over 30 countries. At United Health Group, Jane was recruited to launch a new role in the Human Capital organization focused on topgrading talent. Jane has spent the past eight years at FranklinCovey where she partners with a Twin Cities client base to help build Sustained Superior Performance by balancing the capabilities of the workforce with a defined process for achieving goals. Jane is a graduate of the University of Iowa, and the acclaimed International Newfield Network Ontological Coaching Program training under Julio Olalla. Jane has served as a Board Member for HIRED, a local non-profit focused on workforce development, A “Big Sister” in the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization for the past 6 years, a mentor for a talented young woman working in the non-profit world and has been a top fund raiser for the Animal Humane Society for the past decade. Jane is married and currently resides in SW Minneapolis where she enjoys the arts, travel, running, biking and yoga. |
