Since I fell in love with coaching in 2004 I have more than 1000 hours of coaching professionals including CEO’s, small business owners, government and non-profit employees, musicians, lawyers, Executive Directors, and professors to name a few. People of diverse professions and walks of life have come through my door. My specialty is working with women as they wake up from the dream of Sleeping Beauty and embody their inner Elsa! The key to career satisfaction is not working harder or being nicer – the key is to be proactive and advocate for yourself. After my own experience where I poured my heart and soul into a career that left me empty-handed I had to learn how to navigate this and reinvent myself. With coaching, self-reflection, new ways of thinking and acting – as well as a good dose of determination – I picked myself up, dusted myself off and my coaching business is booming! Not surprisingly, my specialty now is working with professional women who are asking themselves “is this it?!?!” Good question!
