Leonora Zilkha Williamson

As a coach with a deep passion for people, Leonora empowers teams and individuals to access their best selves and navigate profound transformations. Her professional success includes leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, Boston Consulting Group, and Estée Lauder. No stranger to change, she’s lived in 8 countries, speaks 5 languages, and carries 2 passports. A founding partner of women’s angel investment group The JumpFund, Leonora also sits on the board of family company Sabre Yachts and volunteers actively in her community. In 2019, Leonora founded coaching and consulting firm Platinum Rule Advisors, dedicated to bringing out the best in people and teams. She also serves as a Lecturer at Vanderbilt University, teaching Negotiation to undergraduates. She currently lives in Nashville with her daughters, Louise and Annie, and a golden retriever named Scout.
