Mark Robertson is an Executive Coach who specializes in working with leaders and business owners who truly care about their impact on their people, and he helps them to intentionally create high-functioning, connected teams, who are doing whole-hearted, meaningful work, and at the same time delivering kick-ass results!
For the past 21+ years Mark has been practicing as an Executive Coach, Workshop Facilitator and Speaker in Nashville, TN. Since 1998, Mark has been coaching executives and leaders, as well as their leadership teams and employees, to rebuild and strengthen trust in their working relationships, enhance and improve the quality of their conversational skills, dramatically improve their ability to coordinate action across and within teams, design their own mood and the morale of the people within their organization and create an organization built on a network of strong, productive relationships.
As a Workshop Facilitator Mark has led hundreds of educational workshops since 1998, to thousands of people in organizations, on topics such as leadership – the art of conversations and relationships, creating cultures of commitment and accountability, the impact of emotions in the workplace, and restoring trust within teams.
Mark is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Newfield Certified Ontological Coach, a Program Coach for Newfield Network from 2003 – 2010 and a graduate of the Newfield Network Graduate Coaching Program in 2001. Mark is certified in the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series and Lominger VOICES360 assessment tools.
Mark holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a M.Ed. in Human Development Counseling from Peabody College, Vanderbilt University. Mark has served as President, Program Chair and Treasurer of International Coach Federation – Tennessee Chapter, as well as on the Board of Directors of Hands On Nashville and The Davidson County UT Alumni Association.
