Coach Munis works to ensure that his sessions are fun and produce lasting results. The cornerstone of his success is based on 28 years of progressive customer service, project management, human resources and training leadership at Maybank Group, the largest banking group in Malaysia. During his tenure there, he managed several of the organization’s departments and won numerous awards along the way. Since then, Coach Munis leveraged his hands-on experience and versatile insights into helping companies empower their most valuable asset – people. As a sought after coach and facilitator for learning organizations, associations and educational institutions in Malaysia, he has also facilitated coaching and training programs in Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia and Philippines. Coach Munis holds a Master’s degree in technology management from Multimedia University as well as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK. He is also a certified ontological coach with Newfield Network, USA and a Professional Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition, Coach Munis is also a certified trainer with IPMA, UK.
