I’m Paul Duba and I care about the potential we have as human beings to find purpose, meaning, and direction in our lives. As a leadership coach and educator, my clients consistently report finding new perspectives, increased self-awareness, and a transformation in their sense of what is possible.
I am a Newfield and Associate Certified Coach (NCC, ACC) and have a Master of Public Administration. Along with private coaching clients, I’ve coached with executive development programs (Office of Personnel Management’s Colorado Leadership Development Program, Community First Foundation’s Innovators Society) and educational cohorts (Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Colorado Civic DNA program). I coach emerging leaders for talent development and am drawn to individuals who are ready to act on their desire for greater efficacy in taking care of the things that matter to them.
I am a leadership educator and teach extensively with corporate clients (professional service firms, manufacturing, hospitality, and recreation), business school students (Wharton Business School, Daniels College of Business), and leadership training cohorts (the El Pomar Foundation, Denver Community Leadership Forum, and Trailhead Institute’s Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership). While I base my teaching on the scholarship of contemporary theorists, my classroom is a dynamic learning laboratory that helps participants explore leadership and teamwork through experiential learning. My goal is to move you to a better understanding of yourself as a leader, the change for which you are ready, and the reach you need to put this learning to work in your life.
