Riya Kuo

Riya is a global leadership coach and trusted advisor to unconventional executives, entrepreneurs, and creatives. Her clients have won their first CEO role, made wildly successful professional transitions, developed the awareness and motivation to transform their careers and lives, and most importantly, lead with more confidence and ease.

Previously, Riya advised technology executives as product counsel for a $1B software division at Microsoft, startup founders and investors while at Wilson Sonsini, and digital media executives at Sony Pictures. In addition to her coaching and corporate credentials, her framework is informed by her training in mindfulness, somatics, conflict resolution, and yoga. She is also a trained, practicing mediator and arbitrator. Riya currently coaches a limited number of motivated leaders throughout the world who are finding greater meaning in life and work while creating positive business and humanitarian impact.
