Riya Kuo

Riya is a global leadership coach and trusted advisor to unconventional executives, entrepreneurs, and creatives. Her clients have won their first CEO role, made wildly successful professional transitions, developed the awareness and motivation to transform their careers and lives, and most importantly, lead with more confidence and ease.

For 15 years prior to starting her coaching practice, she was trusted advisor to a $1B software division while at Microsoft, senior legal counsel at Sony Pictures, and outside counsel to tech companies and investors while at Wilson Sonsini in Silicon Valley.

In addition to her coaching credentials, she is a licensed attorney in California and Washington states, a trained and practicing mediator and arbitrator, and a certified yoga teacher. She maintains a strong commitment to pro bono legal work, diversity equity and inclusion initiatives, and social justice.
