Biography
Bio | Sophie brings 14 years of experience supporting and elevating people-focused strategies in organizations, including leadership development, employee engagement, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging) and championing health and wellness. She has worked as both an internal and external ICF certified coach for 8 years, effectively supporting the personal and professional development of high potential individuals, senior leaders and executives through one-on-one coaching and facilitating group leadership sessions.Sophie has a Masters degree in Cognitive Sociology, completed her ontological coach training with the Newfield Network, and is certified in both the Leadership Circle 360 and EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment. She is passionate about coaching and supporting the conscious development of her clients. She believes that greater self-awareness, clarity of purpose and the intentional alignment of values, strengths and behaviours accelerates courageous growth and brings about lasting and impactful results.Throughout her journey as a coach, Sophie has fostered the learning of other aspiring coaches, providing training, mentorship and meaningful feedback to leaders, HR professionals and developing coaches through various webinars, clinics and coach training programs. She is currently completing her ICF PCC Marker Assessor training and scheduled to co-deliver a Mastery in Coaching program in March 2022.Her latest endeavour is the launch of Queen Bee Coaching, devoted to empowering and supporting women who are navigating the deeply impactful life transition of becoming mothers and managing the expectations and challenges that come with returning to the workplace. |
